Goodman Networks participates in an Industry Discussion about Field Service Automation
Joe Hart, SVP of Corporate Improvement, will share his views on Service Automation at the Field Service Amelia Island event, August 27-29. The Customer Success Digital Solutions curriculum track will cover a range of topics including identifying business automation opportunities, frameworks, methods and engagement experiences.
Joe is leading Goodman Networks’ data transformation through BI, machine learning, augmented reality, and technician feature enhancements for its mobile workforce applications. Joe will be drawing on his experience implementing transformational initiatives within Goodman Networks to help drive an increased awareness of customer satisfaction, productivity, utilization, and efficiency in the field.
“One of the most important aspects of automation is shifting cost from repeatable tasks to ones that create new value for the organization. Much in the way that gravity facilitates the kinetic energy of dominoes falling, we are constantly examining triggering events that can be simplified so our employees can add value elsewhere in the business. Even once these opportunities are identified, most business fail to execute by lacking governance, ROI analysis, transformational leadership, communication strategy, or cohesive alignment with the business partners. I am excited to join industry experts to discuss these challenges and how Field Service companies can better support their customers” Joe Hart stated.
Joe Hart is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Improvement, responsible for Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, and Customer Onboarding. Joe has 15 years of telecommunications experience in leadership positions in Operations, Supply Chain and Finance and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Joe has an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from University of Texas at Dallas.
