John A. Goodman, Executive Chairman

John has served as Executive Chairman since January 2012 and previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from our founding in 2000 through January 2012. John's telecom career spans two decades beginning with Bell Atlantic Professional Services where he managed outside and inside plant operations in the southwestern U.S. Later, he joined GTE's Network Operations Center in Irving Texas, supporting Fortune 500 companies and managing technical support services domestically. Post-merger, while at Verizon, he held numerous positions managing network design and technical support services. In 2000 John left Verizon to co-found Goodman Networks. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.

Ron B. Hill, Chief Executive Officer and President

Ron has served as our Chief Executive Officer since January 2012 and as our President since May 2010. He previously served as our Chief Operating Officer from May 2010 until January 2012, and as our Executive Vice President of Professional Services from July 2008 until May 2010. Ron is a seasoned telecom executive with 25 years of progressive management experience in sales, marketing, program management, services, and engineering, with the majority of his time spent in technical roles. He began his career with AT&T’s Consumer Products Division in 1985. Prior to joining Goodman, his most recent position was with Alcatel-Lucent where he served as Vice President of Network Engineering, Integration and Optimization. Prior to the merger of Alcatel and Lucent Technologies, Ron held positions in Lucent Technologies as VP of Marketing, Senior Director of Sales, Director NA Engineering, and Senior Director of Program Management. Ron earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He also holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Biology and Psychology.

Cari Shyiak, Chief Operating Officer

Cari has more than 25 years of international telecom management experience covering operations, engineering, services and product management. Prior to joining Goodman Networks, his last position was with Alcatel-Lucent where he served as Vice President of Services for Central and Southeastern Europe. Previously, Cari held a number of global leadership positions at Alcatel-Lucent and Lucent Technologies including VP of Network Solutions & Support Services, VP Global Technical Support Services and Director of Service Product Management Asia Pacific. Cari began his career in operations with Sasktel & Rogers Communications in Canada and earned his EMBA at the Institute for Management Development in Switzerland.

Randy Dumas, Chief Financial Officer 

Randy has a diverse background in the telecom, technology and transportation industries and has held senior accounting and finance roles at both public and private companies. Prior to joining Goodman Networks, Randy was the Chief Financial Officer of United Vision Logistics, a $500 million privately-held provider of expedited transportation and logistics services, where he was responsible for managing all of the company's finance, accounting, banking, tax, and risk management operations. Prior to United Vision Logistics, he held senior finance roles at GENBAND, Valor Communications Group (now Windstream), MetroPCS, and Citizens Communications (now Frontier). He has significant experience in capital markets transactions and M&A, and has helped lead companies through the IPO process. Randy holds an MBA from the University of Dallas, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is a CPA.

Scott Pickett, CMO/EVP of Strategic Planning and M&A 

Scott has been with Goodman Networks since February of 2002. During his tenure at Goodman, he has led the Business Development, Marketing and Corporate Planning functions while helping to grow the company's revenues by 5400% from 2002 -2010. Prior to joining Goodman Networks, Scott was the VP of Sales for MindLever Corporation, an enterprise software company located in Research Triangle Park, NC. Prior to joining MindLever, he managed solutions-based sales organizations at two other enterprise software companies. Scott graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Computing & Information Science from McKendree College in Lebanon, Ill.

Audrey White, President, Business Operations

Audrey is responsible for corporate infrastructure and support including Supply Chain, Sourcing, Facilities, Order Management, Scoping, Contract Management, Quality and Safety. Audrey has more than 25 years of experience in operations/business management, professional services, product development, program management, systems engineering and customer support. Prior to joining Goodman Networks in January 2011, Audrey was employed by Alcatel-Lucent where she served as the VP of Alcatel-Lucent University. Prior to the merger of Alcatel and Lucent, Audrey held a variety of positions at Lucent including VP Professional Services - Americas, VP Operations (Americas Delivery Organization), VP Program Management, Director Customer Technical Support, General Manager – Sales & Services, Business Communications Systems, and other positions in product management and product development at Bell Laboratories, where she started her career. Audrey received BS and MS Degrees in Engineering from Purdue University.

Scott Willis, Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Scott joins Goodman Networks from Ericsson, where he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Key Accounts in North and South America. During his tenure at Ericsson, he was recognized for securing multiple industry-leading partnerships that grew key accounts from $25 million dollars to $2.2 billion annually. Previously, Scott held executive sales and marketing positions at Optimi Corporation, Somera Communications and Nokia Corporation. At Nokia, he was responsible for growing the company’s SBC, BellSouth and Cingular Wireless accounts from zero to approximately $1.5 billion in annual revenue in just over two and half years. Earlier in his career, Scott served in various executive roles in Network Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing at BellSouth and Sprint Corporation. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Monty West, Vice President of Human Resources

Monty brings over 20 years of experience leading Human Resources organizations at large telecom and high-technology companies. Monty is responsible for leading all of Goodman Networks' Human Resources efforts, including: Compensation and Benefits, Leadership and Learning, Organizational Development, Hiring and On-Boarding, HR Business Partnership, HR Compliance, and Facilities Management. Prior to joining Goodman Networks, Monty held leadership positions with Alcatel, L-3 Communications, and Microsoft. He has a Master's Degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's Degree from Stephen F. Austin University.

Ajay Ramaswami, Chief of Staff to Ron Hill

Ajay is responsible for prepared communications and presentations coming out of the office of the CEO which include communications with customers, the Board of Directors, investors and employees. Ajay also leads the Business Process Improvement (BPI) team at Goodman Networks that is responsible for all organization-wide change management and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, Ajay also leads our Information Technology functions including IT Operations, Application Development and IT PMO. Prior to joining Goodman Networks in January 2011, Ajay worked at Alexander Proudfoot, a Global Operational Improvement Consulting firm where he led projects in industries such as telecom, construction & engineering and manufacturing. Ajay possesses an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade & Finance from LSU.
